On average, expect delivery in 7-10 days depending where you live (except for sled wraps which take from 5 to 10 days to produce). Rural or isolated area delivery can take longer. We do not offer expedited shipping at this moment. We ship via UPS, Purolator, Canada Post or USPS depending on the situation. We do ship internationally.
Most items are shipped from Canada except when specified in their description that they are shipped from USA.
We are sure you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however, if you got the wrong size, color or changed your mind, you may return any new, unused or unaltered item. We require that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product and we must receive the return within 30 days of receipt of the item. You can do so at [email protected] or by calling us at 1-877-964-6886. Note that helmets are often not returnable due to health and safety concerns.
When we receive your return, it will go through a thorough inspection to determine if the product is 100% unused. If the return passes inspection, a refund for the price paid, less any original and/or return shipping fees and 20% restocking fees as applicable, will be issued to the payment method used at time of order. Restocking fees will not be charged in the case of a mistake for which PimpMySled.ca is responsible. Fees paid for international duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees are non-refundable.
Before purchasing parts for your vehicle, confirm you are ordering the correct part via the manufacturer. Any parts that have been mounted, or attempted to be mounted are non-returnable.
To exchange an item, simply follow the steps for return and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment when the return is received and passes inspection. Then place a new order online at www.PimpMySled.ca for the new item(s).
All returns must include original tags, packaging and be shipped in an appropriate shipping box. DO NOT use the manufacturer’s product box as the shipping container. Should you do this, you will not be eligible for a refund.
DO NOT just ship the product back. If you do not contact us before the return, we will assess a 10% additional administration fee plus any shipping charges incurred if the item was returned to the wrong address.
Return shipments which do not meet all above criteria will be refused and returned to sender.
Step 1: Email [email protected] to request a return. Please include your order number, email address, phone number, name and address as well as the part number of the item you wish to return.
Step 2: You will be given an RMA number and an address to return the product too.
Step 3: Your product will be inspected upon its return.
Step 4: After passing inspection, a refund will be issued less any applicable fees as noted above.
